RAVEN SERIES ONE received the BAFTA award for
BEST CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT
at the Awards ceremony (30th Nov 2003)

James and Panto 2006/7 ... James had a great time playing Dandini in CINDERELLA at His Majesty's Theatre, Aberdeen last Christmas. Thanks to everyone involved for making it such a great success.

'Les Liasons Dangereuses' featured James in the part of Danceny at the Lyceum from April 22nd to 20th May.

Very successful run for James as Silvius, a shepherd , at the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh in a production of William Shakespeare's 'As You Like It', directed by Mark Thompson.

Panto - 2004 Christmas James starred in Mother Goose at the King's, Glasgow. He played 'Snott' alongside Elaine C. Smith and Gerard Kelly. 
The Communicado Theatre Company had a very successful run with with the play, Zlata's Diary, directed by Gerry Mullgrew. It is a remarkable exploration of the world of a child whose life is ripped apart by war.
... A schoolgirl without a school, without games, without friends, without the sun, without birds, without nature, without fruit, without chocolate or sweets, with just a little powdered milk. A child without a childhood.
The Great North Run(ner)  James was one of thousands and thousands who ran the Junior Great North Run in 2003. It just so happened he was a team leader and was delighted to finish as leader of the winning team.

James was "shattered" at the end of the race and was "amazed at how brilliant the young runners were."
James starred in the Glasgow panto, Forbes Masson's Cinderella at the Tron Theatrein 2003. A great show was well received by all - big Oh yes it was!
James toured Scotland in 2003 with the Stellar Quines Theatre Company.

, a play by Margaret Edson which won the 1999 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, was directed by Gaynor Macfarlane and played the following theatres:

Merlin the Magnificent, the Christmas show at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh in 2002 was a huge success. James' roles as a wolf and a mole increase his animal repertoire!

Sunset Song, "a heartfelt tribute to Grassic Gibbon's life and work" (THE SCOTSMAN) The very successful show toured the following theatres:
